Luna has always been my favourite and this is a very fine depicture of her indeed, I love the sheer impact this all has when brought together, you can't go past the details on her mane and wings, and those eyes, so alluring~
As for the stars, your vision is spot-on, I have seen many in this kind of stance, a real striking pose and you have pulled that off very well but in saying that I took a star from originality.
Technique is perfect, the sharp styling's you have done on her are vivid and graceful which makes for one heck of an impact in my opinion ^.~

Vision is 4.0 because although not it did not make my feel anything. It is well done and layout.
Originality is 3.0 because....well it just does not feel like a very original drawing (but it well done). But I feel like most people can think of something like this
Impact is 2.5 because I just not a fan of the style (did not dig at my emotion or make me feel much).
Again Overall very good and you should be very proud of yourself and your ability.
Ps this like my first review so don't worry about it too much.
